BPB Volume II is perfect for in-home fitness!
This is a 4 week program full of challenging, bodyweight workouts that only require you, a towel and about 30 mins a session! You can upgrade these workouts with a set of weights and a mini circle band but that is not required to complete the workouts! You can literally complete these anytime, anywhere for harder muscles and a boost in your metabolism. Just like the original BPB, this program was built with the intention of being very accessible sweat sessions that can be scaled for beginners and still push intermediate athletes. Every session for the first 2 weeks will be new and different. Then, you will repeat that sequence the 2nd half of the month so you gain competency with the movements and a better burn from each workout!
